Steve Jobs, you are and will always be the most respectable CEO in my opinion.

Stuff like this really fascinates me.  This idea of downloading CNC files from a public source that anyone can access as well as upload to, a network for people to share ideas and work together on things; to build.  I usually don’t post things like this, but it’s very intriguing to see projects like this.  The only problem is I don’t feel like CNC machines are highly accessible to anyone that’s not in the field where rapid prototyping is something that’s done every day.  I would be interested in seeing a publicly funded service that allowed people of the community to visit a center near their neighborhood that would allow them to print these files and take them home to assemble the projects.  This whole idea of sharing content under a creative commons license is genius though.  I don’t know why more projects like this aren’t out there, simply brilliant.
